The whole Gospel of Mark so far has been supplying the evidence for answering the question: Who is Jesus?  Pay special attention as the events of this passage bring the first half of Mark’s Gospel to a climax.

In this sermon Jesus has some rather hard words for the religious leaders and the traditions they chose to observe.  Can you understand the reason for his anger?

The passage in this study examines the relationship between suffering and glory, human weakness and divine power.
